Larry was born and raised in Winter Garden, Florida in a Christian home. He was an active member of First Assembly of God Church having served in youth ministries and as a musician. Throughout his adolescence and high school years, Larry was an exceptional athlete, culminating in a football scholarship to the University of Kansas, where he was a fullback for the Jayhawks. Pursing a degree in physical therapy, his life was unexpectedly redirected, as he knelt at an altar, in his home church. Struggling in prayer, the Lord brought to his memory the nudge toward a life of ministry that he’d encountered at youth camp, years earlier. His life was forever changed, as he completely surrendered to the call of God on his life.
Larry and Pat Graham co-founded Broken Clay Ministries formed 2013 and was granted a 501c3 non-profit organization status and is registered with the Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service, and issued a Certificate of Formation from the State of Texas Office of the Secretary of State.
